At Livor Eyewear, we are committed to offering quality and reliable products. All our eyewear includes a warranty against manufacturing defects under the following conditions:

Frames

Frames include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

This applies to:

  • Welding failures.
  • Detached components.
  • Material or finishing defects.

Prescription Lenses

Prescription lenses include a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This applies to:

  • Anti-reflective coating peeling.
  • Prescription errors due to laboratory mistakes.
  • Coating defects.

2. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or accidents.
  • Scratches due to improper cleaning or inappropriate products.
  • Alterations, repairs, or adjustments made by unauthorized third parties.
  • Natural wear and tear from regular use.

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
  • The product will be evaluated by our technical team.

If the warranty claim is approved:

  • The product will be repaired, or
  • It will be replaced with the same or an equivalent model at no additional cost.
