How to buy prescription glasses online.

You don’t need your prescription at hand to buy: first you choose your glasses, then you send it to us. If you have questions at any step, we can help on WhatsApp.

    Choose your frame

    Browse frames for women and men. Each page shows photos, colors, measurements and the face shapes it suits.

    Set up your lenses

    On the same page you choose three things, and the price updates with each choice:

    Type
    Single vision if they carry your prescription, or non-prescription.
    Material
    Standard, Premium or Elite, depending on how strong your prescription is. Work it out from your prescription.
    Protection
    Essential (anti-reflective and UV), Digital (blue light filter) or Total (photochromic).

    Add to cart and pay

    Review your order in the cart and apply your coupon if you have one. Then enter your shipping details and choose how to pay.

    • Credit or debit card, or PayPal.
    • Shipping options and cost for your address are shown at checkout, before you pay.
    • Import taxes and duties are not included.
  4. 04

    Send us your prescription on WhatsApp

    When you finish your purchase, send us a clear photo of your prescription with your order number. We check that it’s complete and, if anything is missing, we’ll message you before making your lenses.

    • Both eyes (OD and OS), the date and the eye doctor’s details must be readable.
    • If your pupillary distance isn’t included, we’ll help you measure it.

  5. 05

    We make and ship your glasses

    We make your lenses with your prescription, fit them into your frame and ship your order with a tracking number. It arrives with a premium case and cleaning cloth.

    • International shipping: 20 to 40 business days.
    • We notify you by email and you can track your package at any time.

Warranty

  • Frames: 12 months against manufacturing defects, such as weld failures, parts coming loose or finish defects.
  • Lenses: 3 months against manufacturing defects, such as the anti-reflective coating peeling or lab prescription errors.
  • It doesn’t cover impacts, drops, scratches from improper cleaning or normal wear.

Returns and exchanges

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 3 business days of receiving it.
  • We send you a label to return it at no cost, and you choose a refund, an exchange or store credit.
  • Glasses made with your prescription are personalized, so they can’t be returned for a change of mind. If you’re unsure about the model, ask for advice before you buy.

Do I need my prescription to buy?

Not to place your order: first you choose and pay for your glasses, then you send us a photo of your prescription on WhatsApp with your order number. To make your lenses we do need a current prescription. How to read your prescription.

How much are prescription glasses at Livor?

From $190 USD with the frame, single-vision lenses in Standard material, anti-reflective coating and UV protection. With a blue light filter (Digital) they start at $269 USD and with photochromic lenses (Total) at $359 USD.

How long does my order take to arrive?

International shipments take 20 to 40 business days, including making your lenses. We send you a tracking number to follow your package.

How much is shipping?

Shipping options and cost for your address are calculated at checkout, before you pay. Import taxes and duties are not included.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Can I return my glasses?

What does the warranty cover?

Frames have a 12-month and lenses a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It doesn’t cover impacts, drops or scratches from misuse. Warranty policy.
